Australia-Indonesia Museums (AIM) Project

About the project

The AIM Project brings together museum curators and heritage professionals from Indonesia and Australia to develop collaborative approaches to researching and interpreting significant objects. Through the co-curation of an online exhibition, the project will explore new stories about the relationship between both countries.

Tetangga Exhibition Launch

On 17 June 2022, Indonesian Consulate General in Perth together with AIM Project partners co-hosted the launch of Tetangga: people, places, and objects across borders, a collaborative exhibition between Indonesian and Australian curators as part of the AIM Project.
